Cleaning chemicals manufacturer Greyland recently conducted a customer survey that asked distributors to provide feedback on its products and services.

The results showed that of those who responded, on a scale of 1-4 (where 4 is excellent), the average rating for service was 3.6. In the section ‘Why do you use Greyland?’ the top four reasons were: quality of product, delivery, price, and a tie for position 4 were own label facility and helpful staff.

When asked if they would use other suppliers as well as Greyland, 40% of respondents said that they would not use any other supplier than Greyland. Questioned whether they thought Greyland offered value for money, 100% of distributors who responded agreed that Greyland did.  Whether Greyland service could be improved, 66% of customers said that no improvement was necessary.

“We are delighted with the results of the customer survey,” said Greyland’s managing director Richard Dyson. “It tells us that distributors not only think we offer value for money and excellent service, but tying the results together, exceptionally so. We will not ignore these results, as some customers obviously do think that improvements here and there may be necessary. We are constantly making improvements anyway, but will seek to quicken the pace if we can, or try to discover where exactly we can help further.

After all, we’re in business only because of our customers and what they say counts, so we will respond. We have capacity, so if you are a distributor or busy end-user pushed for storage space, wanting to reduce costs, and could also benefit from exceptional service, why not ask us how Greyland can do all of that for you as well.”
