As part of an on-going strategy to offer customers a complete cleaning solution, TC Contractors has created an Extra Works & Projects division to focus on non-core business.

The new department provides a wide range of specialist solutions, including carpet cleaning, builders’ cleans, high level cladding and reach & wash  indow cleaning, plus regeneration of terrazzo, marble or granite floors using an innovative diamond grinding system.

This includes, for example, an eco-friendly cleaning solution.” TC Contractors’ Extra Works & Projects division offers a winning combination of best of breed equipment and highly skilled operatives with in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of cleaning applications. The company has recently invested in advanced truck mounted carpet cleaning systems  esigned to offer deep power extraction and superior efficiency.

These mobile units are ideally suited to pub and night club environments where there is heavy soiling over a short period of time. In addition, the division provides a floor renovation and diamond grinding service, which is used to restore terrazzo, granite or marble surfaces back to their near original state.

The division is also forging close relationships with building contractors to provide a comprehensive preopening clean following construction of a new facility or renovation of an old unit.
